  1. I am type 2 and had gastric bypass in 2009. I was taking a smorgasbord of both oral and injectables. After surgery I was taken off all diabetic meds. I was so happy. Unfortunatly about a year later it came back and progressed in severity. I am now back on pills and 5 injections a day. My doctor just put me on Jardaince which is supposed to block some sugar absorption. I want to know how frequent is post surgical reluctance of diabetes.
