Patti- You are in excellent hands with Dr. Kuri in my opinion. He is absolutely wonderful! I was banded Aug. 2004 and lost 100 lbs. in the first 10 months, I have lost an additional 13. The key for me was a lot of good quality protein drinks with low carbs and to get plenty of calcium. I used upcal. I bought most of mine online from Vitalady.
