  1. I had a fill about 4 weeks ago. Everything has been ok. But today I think I grazed all day. I just have been really hungry. For supper I ate a biscuit. I didn't chew well and it got stuck. I threw up and felt better. An hour later I was hungry again so I tried some oatmeal. 3 hours later and I am still throwing that up. not all of the time but a little here and there. I can feel it in my throat. I have had no other problems until today. Do you think I just over ate and it got stuck? Is there an overfill? I am soooo sleepy and can't go to bed because I can't lay down. Is it swollen or something? Please help.
  2. I will call and ask my doctor. I gave up soft drinks when I got the band. I don't drink or smoke but I love energy drinks. I am worried about them though. I will let you all know what he said.
  3. I was banded on the 17th of this month. (feb.) I have been STARVING! My stomach growls all of the time and I feel like I am in hellso hungry! Does this get any better? Is it normal to be this hungry in the liquid stage? Should I see my doctoe about this?

I didn't expect to be this hungry. It gets worse and worse. I just starve. If the hunger wasn't so bad it wouldnt be so bad but I am starving!!!!!! Is this normal???
  5. I also have PCOS. I am hoping this helps it. I have found it impossible to loose weight any other way. We do have one son as we did fertiltiy for two years to get him. I can't wait to see if this helps the other PCOS symptoms! Hang in there!
  6. I am having a LOT of gas and pain from it but no BM yet.

This will be about my journey loosing weight after having the lap band. I had it on Feb. 17th 2009. I weigh 244 and I want to get to 150. I am nervous about the whole process. I eat so much and I love food. How will I do? How do I train my brain that enough is enough? I am very sore so far and I am also hungry. I don't get my first fill for 6 weeks. I stay on a liquid diet for 2 weeks. I am hungry! lol I am sticking with it though and doing what I should.
