I am having a good recovery so far. I have had no vomiting or nausea and I have cravings to eat regular food I am on the liquid diet for one more week. Anyone go thru this? If so what did you do? Has anyone skipped progression??

I am on Day four it's been tough but I think I got this! Pizza was hard and Cheetos so far I survived. Does it get easier???

I am set for surgery April 10th but I have been doing some test because I have been under an enormous amount of stress with work and home issues and I had an echo cardiograph done and the Dr. said for me not worry but I had an enlarged left side of my heart and some high blood pressure In my heart. I really don't want to postpone my surgery but the soonest I can get to see the cardiologist is May. I know that this surgery will help improve my over all health and need it ASAP. Question is should I wait or not? I am starting the liquid diet this week. So.... any one have advise for me??.....

I say discuss it with your surgeon or Team support program and see what they say.
