  10. After the second day, I was walking A LOT! According to my Fitbit, I was doing roughly 3 miles per day. I'm doing a 45 min walk every morning. I'm 7 days post-op and I'm still walking a bunch. I even called my docs office because I haven't had any pain whatsoever after the second day. I did not want to over exert myself and get injured. Walking has also helped me take in the protein I needed for the day. I haven't had any trouble swallowing or keeping down my liquids and protein. I was starting to think they may have taken out something other than my stomach. wait....
