  11. Vegetarian diet anyone?

    Have stopped eating meat...any one else a vegetarian out there? How do I keep low carb/ high protein? I am still eating dairy and eggs! Advice?

    I felt hungry the day after I had sleeve...I'm hungry every day! It doesn't always go away after surgery. I've lost 102 pounds and am out two years in October... want to lose another 35 pounds but have had problems with "grazing"
