  4. Nflabanded sweetie be encouraged go back to the beginning meaning think about when you had to drink only protein shakes and soups. I am 3 months in and 60 lbs down but I could have been more but I picked up a few bad habits. Get back on track by only buying what you need to get you through I buy no bread if I do I freeze it until my kids is ready for use. I eat a sandwich with no bread and a handful of gluten free chips and they're good. I eat sweets but 2 cookies instead of a whole row. Don't deprive yourself But prepare yourself. Don't have unrealistic expectations but have expectations. We are our own worst enemies its mental so what's going on inside ? Also when u realize your triggers and overeat , over eat on veggies or protein at least u won't gain pounds or bad weight lol. You can do it never to late to get back on track
  5. Hello my name is Tiffany 36. Had my surgery 2 months ago I am also able to eat anything but I have vomited 2 times. I think it was what I ate or ate to fast. I just dislike having to wait almost 30 min after meals to drink bc my mouth really be dry from food. I was on solids 4 weeks after surgery so I think I got my stomach use to solids earlier than most people I know has had it bc some are still on liquids. I do have a problem digesting beef and pork meats which I gave up all together I'm ground turkey, fish and chicken Queen lol.
  6. Hello my name is Tiffany. Like you I too didn't tell anyone but my close family. I have also struggled 1/2 of my life with weight due to emotional eating issues. What I realized is its really nobody's concern so why tell them. I did this surgery to be free from guilt & shame while I get my emotional and mental stable as well. I have made the right choice to not tell anyone now I'm free from others judgement and opinions rather good or bad I eliminated them all. My focus and your focus should be about you and living healthier so you with holding your information is wonderful! Just another step in taking control of your life sweetie and being able to not let in what usually is a part of our unhealthy habits anyway. God bless you on this journey.
