My BMI is 38.9 and ally dr is requiring is liquids the day before and to drink that nasty crap for me to flush my system out.

I ordered some New Whey protein shots. It has 42g of protein in it. Couldn't tell you how it tastes cause my surgery isn't till the 3rd. But I read from a lot of people it works great. You can get it next day on amazon.

Yes I only live 2hrs away so not as bad. Call the Candlewood it's $89 a night make sure you you tell them about your ships you get the discount and they also have a recliner, which they say is more comfortable to sleep in.

I purchased Diet Tools cutlery set and have been using it already and they are actually great. I also made a purchase of New Whey 42. Its protein shots. It's a shot of 40gms of protein for the days you can't get your protein in.
