    Hi everyone just singed up on the site. i had the surgery on dec 13 2016. since we are all living off Protein shakes, powders ect... i was wondering what everyones favorites were. I use the GNC 100% whey protein power , nectar protein (latte) , add some pb powder. looking for something new. any suggestions
