  2. I am 10 days out from DS surgery and have almost the same problem. First day home from the hospital I could only drink water, everything else tasted horrible. After 3 days of not keeping anything down and the pain I was having thought to be indigestion because I couldn't drink. I was sent for vitamin infusion and told to keep sipping water and poweraidzero but still the indigestion would not go away. It was so bad that I finally took half a dozen of pain medicine just praying for sleep. It worked now I only take it at night which has helped me during the day. But now I can finally start taking my vitamins and getting in my protein.
