  1. I had the rny may 30, 2012. It was laparoscopic and I did great. Mine wasn't to lose weight even though that's a plus. I had a stomach stapling procedure back in 1985 and my stomach had created a fistula and I kept being sick. Nearly 5 years later and I'm very happy I had it done. I hope you have great results also.
  2. How cool is that! We'll have to get together and compare notes.
  3. Hello ladies. I had mine at Memorial Hermann Memorial City in May 2012. And, I just discovered this site. I sure wish I had known sooner.
  4. Thanks for your reply. I have to admit I am 5 years post and I have been very negligent in this area. Usually due to the cost. And, now that I'm retired it's definitely an issue.
  5. Most stores do not supply a selection of vitamins specific for people who have had gastric surgery. Regular ones don't digest or absorb properly. Please be careful what you get.
  6. I live in Pasadena and I'm almost 5 years post.
  7. Which group are you using? My sons insurance doesn't cover the surgery so he's looking at going to Mexico.
