Everyone is different. My surgery was 6pm and by 6am next day I was up and walking. Not using any pain meds. That medication drove me crazy. It has been a week today for me and I am back to work. I am not doing any bending or lifting because I just want to get better fast. Make sure you have your broth and water all the time. Popcicles help to change it. Protein is a must. I lost 20 pounds since I started with the diet

My surgery was also yesterday!!! No to much just the obvious. I already started walking [emoji16] super Happy

You got this I have been on liquids since Monday. Try Sugar Jello sugar free popsicles, Powerade zero. Dont give in I have 3 kids and what I do is go to my room when everyone is eating or entertain myself with something else.
