  1. Thanks everyone, i was never explained why the no soda exept for gas issues, good to know...I will be patient and keep doing what I can, I've lost 16, so that is a good start for me...
  2. Had my Lap Band on 12 Mar, just had my first fill on 22 Apr...just not noticing much of a difference, is this normal? Not as hungry, but having no issues of not being able to eat things as I have heard, have had no food problems...stop myself at the 4 ounces, but could eat more...lost 14 lbs the first 2 wks and 2 more prior to my fill...I know I'm suppose to stay away from sodas, but I do drink one once in awhile and have no problem with them yet, is that something that will come later??
