    Dr. Spiegel, on 5373 W.Alabama Houston TX 77056 I only pay $20.00 co pay. Check with your insurance if they pay for bariatrics refills. I should of done my research first. I would have saved on the refills when they stopped the $40 plan and went to $100. My insurance paid for it all along. True Results, did a crapy job checking or they never did whenever I asked.
