    Hello, i am just starting the journey. I have my first appt Friday and though I'm not usually nervous I fear I may not show up.....that's my MO....when something scary happens I run.... anyway.....mid forties,almost bedridden with multiple comorbidies and looking to a future without some of them. Very supportive husband and friends....
