  1. I am 2 weeks post op today and I have a total lost since surgery of 10lbs. Overall loss of 23. I feel like I'm progressing in the right direction.
  2. I have heard many others say they are itchy as well. That's usually a sign of healing so that maybe a good sign that your body is healing. Wishing you much success on this journey, happy you are doing well.
  3. I am doing fairly well, no longer taking pain meds and able to tolerate my diet without N&V. Went to the market yesterday and walked around for 40 minutes. I have 16 staples which get removed Thursday this week but must say getting around pretty good. How is your recovery progressing?
  4. My diet has progressed to full liquids and I'm able to tolerate, SF Jello, SF pudding with added Protein, puréed creamy Soups with added protein, SF popsicles, yogurts, natural applesauce and Protein shakes.
  5. That's a very good idea so that you are well prepared once you arrive home post op. I have been drinking clear Chinese soup, SF jello, SF popsicles and SF Italian icee as well as crystal light and Crush flavor packs.
  6. My NUT recommends Fairlife because of its higher protein content and since its lactose free
  7. Hi Amy and Debra, I was sleeved on February 21, 2017. I live in Orlando, FL.
  8. I had my surgery on February 21 and I have the same left shoulder pain. My surgeon told me its called phantom shoulder pain and it is the result of liquid or food passing through the diaphragm. During surgery my surgeon repaired a hiatal hernia and so he relates my shoulder pain to that fix.
  9. Had my surgery 2/21/2017 and hernia repair. Getting stronger each day slightly sore and have 16 staples. Experiencing lots of gas and bloat hopeful it will go away soon. No nausea or vomiting thankful for that.@chache64 Best Wishes for your surgery.
