  1. Had my surgery last Monday 20th February and feeling good pain and gas has now gone still aches when I stand for any longer than 5 mini res but can walk for about 15 ninotes before no need to sit down and am sleeping week at night.x can feel my weightless already even tho I've not weighed since day of surgery so excited to weigh x good luck and all will be fine x
  2. I lost 16lb in my pre op diet and nurse was well chuffed with that so was I tbh
  3. My bm1 was 41 on day of my surgery but as long as u r losing,or staying the same weight bm1 dint really come into it xx I was scared of my previous. Op diet more than I was of the actual surgery but I kept it simple and easy and those 2 weeks flew by I just had chicken or white fish with either green salad and toms or spring greens carrots and green beans and obviously my fruit and water but that's what made it easier for me x I'm here if ever u have a question or any help I can advise u on xx
  4. Yh it would. Probably depend on ur recovery and what sort of job u have I'm 5 days post op.and feeling great but I cannot stand for very long 5 to 6 mini then it begins to ache x good luck to u x

  6. I was told they will usually sign u off for about 6 weeks love x hope this helps
