  11. I had my surgery on May 19th and I feel like I'm slacking a little bit. So I just wanted to know what everyone was doing at my stage for exercise. I saw that someone was already walking 2 miles! I'm still in a little bit of pain, but I still make sure that I walk for at least 15-20 minutes. Is that too little? But what were you doing at this stage?

  13. My surgery is on May 19 (woo!) and I'm starting my pre-op diet tomorrow. I wanted to know if anyone knows if homemade blended smoothies were included in the liquid diet?
