  1. Try an electronic cigarette you can get different levels of nicotine. That is how I quit smoking going on three years. If I get an overwhelming urge I can take a drag of my electronic cigarette with zero nicotine. (This would happen if I was having a few drinks with friends. Hasn't happened since surgery [emoji1303]) Check out haloecigs.com depending on what you smoke, they have different flavors. I was a Marlboro light smoker and the tribeca is what helped me quit.

  8. Hi, I'm 10 days out and the first week I was exhausted, I believe it is normal. Then I had a couple days of insomnia and restlessness and now back on track and have some more energy. Hope this helps
