I felt the same way. But to be honest the fear keeps me in line on keeping and doing exactly what I'm supposed to as far as eating and drinking. I'm 4 weeks postop and anxiety is starting to subside a little. Hang in there!
Tbrickchanging. I was trying to help Sorry if I offended you. This is for help and advice. Not judging! If you don't want advice or opinion you need not ask!
Are you still taking the nausea medication and the pop said because I still take it every morning it seems to help because I do feel nauseated in the mornings also
4 weeks out and the only time I feel nauseated is when I have ate too much or ate carbs. Even a bite of carbs it just fills me up way too much and makes me feel like it doesn't want to go down so my nutritionist said to avoid carbs and sugar all together I am not having the problems with the nausea anymore
I am 26 days postop. Each bite is a teaspoon. My meals range from 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup per meal 6 times a day. I have a protein drink for breakfast everyday Matrix simply vanilla protein power It's 58 grams of protein in one 16 oz drink. So I make sure I'm meeting my goal takes a while to get it down but I have found it works for me!
