  2. Glad you are home and doing well!
  3. I have had gerd for many years. I decided to do gastric bypass because my gerd has turned into Barrett's syndrome and gastric bypass stops the progression of that. It was a hard decision but I have no choice.

  9. Just got approved today!! Woohoo! Surgery set for March 13th
  10. It is emotional for sure! It's so weird how hard we work to get to this day and then approval comes and then BAM! The nerves set in!
  11. I started my journey in October 2016 and found out today I'm approved for March 13th 2017 gastric bypass!! So many emotions! Excited and nervous as heck!!! Anyone else having surgery in March?
  12. I finished everything 1/5/17 and i am still waiting. My file was submitted 1/31/17 to insurance but still a waiting game. I know how you feel ... the waiting is on my mind constantly.
