  18. So I'm 31 day post-op and I've found I'm very short tempered and edgy. It comes and goes but it can be bad at times. I just started Walk/jogging and feel great now. But is this normal? Has anyone else gone through this or going through this? Any advise is welcomed... Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using BariatricPal

  21. It takes time... make sure you're walking and drinking lots of Water. I hit a Plateau at 3 weeks and became frustrated but just kept chugging ahead and finally started loosing again. Keep the faith it will work! YOU CAN DO THIS!! Sent from my iPhone using BariatricPal
  22. Anytime! Best of luck on your new journey!! I also just sprinkle the Protein powder on my meals. It works great and it doesn't taste any different! Such an easy way to get more protein into your diet! Sent from my iPhone using BariatricPal
  23. I found as long as I try to meet my 90grams of protein a day I have plenty of energy. However, with that said I usually hit around 50-60grams of protein a day. I also just started Walk/jogging for 45mins. I'm 30days post-op. No pain except my hips and back. Just try to keep your protein up I also bought the powder that has no taste to add to foods.
