  11. Oh my yes! I was feeling the same way, to the point I actually called the dietitianat the doctors office to make sure I have not done anything to my self. She told me that you will do that. She asked me if I measured my self before, of course I forgot to do that. But I did tell her I can tell I have lost a ton of inches. She also asked me what I started (282) at and what I was the day of the surgery(250). She stated that I had lost quite a bit on my own before hand. Which is normal, she told be that it will fluctuate like this for a while, while your body is healing.

  14. I had my surgery on February 22nd. I have lost 21 lbs but a ton of inches. When I started this journey in August 2017 I was 282 lbs, last Friday when I weighed in was 229 lbs. I do not weigh every day because it does change. But I have seen a lot of non scale success. For instance, it has been years since I was able to cross my legs, well I did it for the first time the other day. Like I said I have lost a ton of inches. I can now see the difference in pictures of me before the surgery and after. I am no where near the goal but every day I feel that much better about my self and have a lot more confidence than I did before.

  18. My surgery was on February 22nd. I started the process in August 2016, from that point to today I have lost a total of 46lbs. Since surgery I have lost about 20lbs and a lot of inches all over. I have had a wonderful experience so far. I drink 2 protein shakes a day (30mg each of protein) and have a protein bar for snack during the day. I usually only eat about 3 to 4 bites of my husbands dinner and I am done. I do see some results, I know it's a hard process and it is going to take time. As well as everyone's journey is different.
  19. Congratulations so far on your journey. Keep up the great work. I had my surgery on February 22nd. I have lost a total of 20 lbs, but a ton of inches (to the point all my clothes fall off my waist).
