    Yeah don't fight cravings they just get stronger I'm learning this the hard way I'm starting to find that middle ground but it took 2 stuck moments in 1 week accompanied by alot of shame to work it out it's best to feed the monster a snack before the munchies take over [emoji6] Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
