  20. Okay, i am not 2weeks post op from gastric sleeve. I been feeling really down, i never realized how strong my relationship wit food was. Getting full as fast as i do, and still seeing food on my plate sometimes makes me want to cry because all i want to do is finish it! It sounds so crazy i know trust me i know. I wish i wasnt this way, everytime i see a food commercial i have regrets about surgery and i feel ashamed 100%.. because i went into this not even because i wanted to look hotter or anything, im a mom of a 4 year old wit autism that i can barely keep up with and im only 23 years old. I barely enjoy my life as it is being heavy, but food was always something i used for comfort and i guess im going through emotions as i say goodbye to that habbit, as well as junk food. Has anyone on here dealt with this? By the way, thanks for taking time to read and to reply for those who do. Its so appreciated. - Karen

  28. Hey everyone thanks for taking time to read this, i just got operated for vsg single incision on jan 26, so im pretty much 2 weeks post op. Anyway my concern is i started having this clear/brown liquid coming out of my bellybotton (also thats where the incision is located) is this normal? I just saw my doctor this morning for a followup and he said everything seemed okay, now im a bit worried because theres alot i had to do today (chanhe my sons diapers, cook etc) maybe i over did it? If you have experienced this, any advice?

  32. I cant wait to feel happy ! I cant wait to go shopping, i cant wait to go out to dinner and order something healthy and face my fears while my family orders junk, i cant wait to succeed
  33. I thought i was the only one, to be honest i couldnt stomach it at all. But for some reason the preimere protiens i was able to drink if i sip water in between. Or you can always try unflavored protien powder and add it to your soups, oatmeal etc.
