  9. Wow! Blessings to everyone! I pray you all have easy surgery, fast recovery, and people to support you! My best friend is going with me so Im super thankful for that. I just ordered a bunch of supplements and such. I found some Protein shots that give 15 gms of protein per 3 ounces! I could only find one brand that didnt have aspartame and artificial flavors. Alot of members of my family have had gastric bypass back in the day when there wasnt alot of protein supplements...thank God for new technology!

  11. march 3 for me. Alpharetta Georgia
  12. I love hiking...but running is where my heart is. Havent really done it in a while because of the weight. Im hoping that after surgery my doc will clear me after 6 weeks instead of 8. Strangely, it seems that every doc has different rules. For some its 4 weeks for cardio and then others its 8. Perhaps BMI and age play a factor as well.
  13. Just curious if anyone else out there is having gastric sleeve with a "low" bmi. How did it help your co- morbidities? I am due for sleeving on March 3, 2017
