Thanks for the prayer and my journey has been such a struggle I had to postpone my surgery twice do to not being cleared by my cardiologist and pulmonary doctor so that stressed me made me wanna quit and eat lol but I've been doing good I cut carbs totally because I love it and I can't have just a little so I cut it out completely but for the most part it's been ok some ups and downs but it's to be expected I'm excited yet so nervous Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
