  1. Hi everyone, I had my psych evaluation yesterday (I'm with kaiser ssf) it was very brief. We mainly discussed my stress, my relationship with food and my progress with losing the 10% I need before surgery. He also recommended a couple of books to help me with my eating habits/stress.
  2. I actually increase my vitamins! And started drinking tons of water! So far so good! I'm taking: Extra strength hair, skin and Nails, calcium plus D3 and a probiotic with B vitamins.   4. Yes! I emailed my PCP on Tuesday, she sent the referral on Wednesday and SSF called me yesterday. I have orientation on Tuesday (they have orientations every Tuesday) and meeting with the surgeon on Friday! You? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
