Hey! I did have my surgery! Everything went really well. I was one of the lucky ones and didn't suffer a lot of nausea. So I've lost 24 lbs since my pre op diet, and 13 lbs since surgery. I'm so glad I did this for myself!! -

I'm also Canadian and getting surgery in Tijuana in ONE WEEK!!! Where and when is your surgery? -
Thanks! My diet is the same! Lean meat, lots of veggies, no sugar or carbs with an all liquid diet for 2 days prior to surgery. Good on ya for those with long pre op diets!

I leave in 1 week! Pre op diet start tomorrow! The last month just disappeared! I hope I'm ready!

I'm also getting mine done in TJ. I don't have a date yet but was approved tonight!!!
