    As a BCBS FED subscriber, that's gives me hope! I had my first appointment 28 November. I was told by the surgeon's office they'll submit everything on 28 February according to insurance time line requirements. I've never been patient, but this is particularly awful.     How did things turn out? Are you in NoVA? It sounds like you're about 5 weeks ahead of me in the process. My surgeon's office hasn't asked for that much information from me yet they keep assuring me they have it under control...I'm struggling to believe this is as important to them as it is to me.     Hey! I'm in NoVA with FepBlue too. Did you have surgery? Are you using Inova? I'm supposed to have my information submitted to BCBS Fed on 28 February.
