I have not set everything up on this site yet (will need my son's help to customize it and put a picture out there) but I just turned 50 on the 15th and I have complete all but one of my clearances I am trying to get an appointment with the nutritional then I will be able to submit the final package to Peachtree Bariatrics so they can submit to my insurance. I am getting very excited. I really love this site and once I get educated on how everything works I will be more involved. I am so encouraged by everyones testimony this is just GREAT!!!

Erik, Thank you for sharing your story, I am so excited to be watching your loss (loss in a good way). I work for BCBS GA and I did not even know that covered the procedure until I overheard a coworker talking about just having the lap band, soooooo I am going to my seminar on April 19th I am so excited I finally feel like there is hope I have tried every thing but at 50 years old the weight just will not come off. So happy to hear about you up coming procedure. I will be about 3 or 4 month before complete everything. I do have some team mates at work that have had lap band they are guiding me and my seminar is April 19th. Kim I am just considering the lab band since my employer BCBSGa does cover it but I am a little scared. I will be 50 in August and I weight 294 and am only 5'4". It is affecting my health so much. I was told that Peachtree Bariactrics is a good place to go. Any words of wisdom. lab band vs gastric bypass. I am so encouraged about you weight loss. Keep up the GREATwork...
