  1. I'm two weeks post op today and starting phase 2 puréed food. But is there a daily calorie range I'm supposed to meet? I can't really find anything about it in my packet I got from my surgeon. Thanks guys:) Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  2. Hi all, I'm about 10 days out now and feeling really lightheaded mainly in the morning and at night. I'm getting all my Water and Protein in every day but not sure how to get this under control, any of you experience this? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  3. I know and I get it, I just keep seeing all these women losing 10, 13, 14lbs the first week, I'm just curious about other people's experiences. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  4. Hi everyone, it's day5 for me of my VSG surgery. I wanted to get everyone's take on how much weight you all lost in the first week. My highest weight was 281lbs and my day of surgery weight was 260lbs. I've been sticking to my liquid diet and have reached my Protein and Water goals each day but this morning when I stepped on the scale I was 258lbs. I thought I would have lost more than that since I'm only eating 200-400 calories a day. What was all of your experiences with the first week of weight loss?
