  8. I was sleeved on 12-21-16. I was 224 the morning of and today I am 203. I feel like I am not losing like I should be. Every other sleever I have talked to personally has lost more by this point. Am I worried for nothing? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  9. I would recommend taking miralax every single day. If you go too much longer without a bowel movement and you start having discomfort, you should try Milk of Magnesia. It works wonders. Just don't forget to take miralax/benefiber/Metamucil (something along those lines) every single day. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
