  5. Since this week (9 PO), my appetite really decrease a lot and my gastrointestinal reflux is increased... Iam not NAuseated or vomiting and not feeling pain... just getting full much more faster than last month. Anyone experiencing that ???
  6. Thanks for the update ! Give yourself some time with the fatigue and low energy and take care !
  7. I also have a lot of reflux 9 weeks PO, but I would never go back in for the bypass.... to risky for my level of tolerance ! Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  8. Hey guys be gentle on yourself ! Don't forget we all do the same things as before (work, kids, family, housekeeping etc...) with less then 1000 calories a day and a heavy frame to carry ! PLus many of us are starting to exercise more.... it takes time

  10. I had a low grade fever but mainly, a bad pain under my left rib increased with breathing. Because I'm a nurse, I was convinced I had a pulmonary embolism. After many tests, they concluded it was an "infected hematoma" for unknown reason... Me too I was scared for my life and far from thinking about my weight loss. I was pretty traumatized when I got back home and I was constantly checking my heart rate or my temperature. Even now at 9 weeks PO, I still worries but my Dr is happy with my improvement and my nutritionniste too. Give yourself some time and get well Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  11. Very very low energy post op... think about it, your still have to carry your weight with 400calories. And don't forget the energy you need for the healing process.... Personally I had a bad complication post op and I was off work for 9 weeks. Without the complication, I think 5-6 weeks is reasonable to recover your energy. But it's all worthed Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  12. 2 weeks post sleeve I had a 10cm hematoma in my stomach. Had to go back in the hospital for 10 days. I felt so discouraged because everything was going wrong... ICU, PICC line, TPN, DVT... I was very stressed out when I came back home but now I feel great. Do not regret your srgx, you will get better and be so happy when the weight will go down !!! Hang in there Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  13. Had a very bad cold 4 weeks p-op and all cold medication were giving me nausea... so I sticked to simple Tylenol q6hrs. Get well ! Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  14. The diet is so important to avoid "fatty liver" that would give you bad complication... hang in there !
