    So the day has finally arrived and I'm having surgery! I'm absolutely petrified.... more so of recovery when I wake up.... Currently fasting and I am staving (especially that I'm making food for my children still) <chanting stage strong in my head> Any advice how to calm my nerves! This is my first operation ever!
