I had my surgeon appointment today after completing the 12 weeks option program through Kaiser insurance the doctor was amazed by my weight loss 55.8 pounds he did not put me on A special clear liquid diet he told me just to do what I've been doing and I'm actually having my surgery on May 31, 2017 I am super excited it is a little over a week away I have to do my bloodwork EKG and chest x-ray and I have to do my pre-admission to the hospital.

Hi everyone I completed my 12 week Kaiser insurance Options class on May 9th I finally have my surgeon appointment today at 4:30 I am so excited I can't believe it is finally here I am hoping he does not put me on a long liquid diet I have lost 55.8 pounds since I started this process on Feb 7th 2017 SW 291 CW 235.2 I probably need to lose about another 80 pounds so I am hoping he will only put me on a 3 day liquid diet. I will post another post after I get done and hopefully have a surgery date.

I sure hope I don't have to and I only need to lose another 78 more pounds. It turns out the Kaiser I go to the person that schedules the surgery is on vacation till Tuesday May 16th now it looks like I won't get my surgeon appointment till May 23 so I'm so hoping I get my surgery by the end of the month. Please let me know when you get your day as well[emoji4]

I am supposed to have my surgeon appointment May 16th but the scheduler person is not there so it might get pushed back one week since I did so well I am the first person to get my surgeon appointment. I will definitely post something once I find out my surgery date. I am also hoping the surgeon does not put me on a super long liquid diet I think I have about 78 more pounds to lose and I haven't even had the VSG surgery. Right now I am trying to just maintain what I have lost my SW 291 CW 239.

Yes the classes are a wonderful teaches you a lot of stuff I don't know how people do the surgery without all this information that they give us.

That is great you're almost there keep going I ended up winning the biggest loser in my class. I ended up getting a really nice bag really nice water bottle and a towel as my prize.

You should call them and talk to the program director and see what's going on you should've got an appointment by now for the surgeon

I am super excited tonight Is my last KAISER options class I have completed 12 weeks I have also went well and beyond over the 10% they required me to lose which was 29 pounds I have lost a total of 48 pounds I have my surgeon appointment next Tuesday, May 16th I am super excited hoping to have my surgery by the end of the month. I will post something next week after my surgeon appointment hoping to have a surgery date.

I have my surgeon appointment next Tuesday, May 16 I would think it would not be very good to be up in weight from your last appointment I am down 48 pounds I have completed KAISER's 12 week class as of today I am super excited to have my surgeon appointment.

I have Kaiser insurance and their requirements are that you take a 12 week class for the area I live in you have to attend all 12 weeks if you miss any you must make them up you are required to lose 10% My goal was 29 pounds I have my last class this Tuesday so far I am down 48 pounds I have my surgeon appointment scheduled May 16 and I have completed all labs a Psych Evaluation A nutritionist appointment. I am pretty sure if you do not make that 10% loss you still can meet with the surgeon

Thank you so much it is getting so close to my VSG surgery can't wait I've already started buying stuff for surgery I am going to pick up some Isopure protein drinks I already have my soup's Popsicles I got some Gas-X also I got some tiny cups and a whole bunch of other stuff

I have my last class on May 9th that's like a graduation day class and I'm pretty sure I am going to be the biggest loser or pretty close to one of the people that wins some type of prize they're going to give the biggest loser something everybody keeps telling me it's me so far in the class I have lost 44 pounds at orientation if we go by that weight it's almost 48 pounds I started at 291 and today I am at 243. They let me actually make my surgeon appointment where I meet with the surgeon and that is on May 16th. I am going with Dr Naik. I am so excited for my Tuesday class I can't wait and then I'm super excited for my surgeon appointment and I talked with the girl in the office at the surgeons office and she said depending on what type of liquid diet he puts me on hopefully it's only for 3 days since I've lost so much weight but it could be a week or longer than I should be able to have surgery right after that I'm hoping by the end of MayI will definitely let everybody know when I get my surgery date.
