I know how you feel girl....but my sister has been the "food police" and keeping me honest. I know that this is best for me....but I am HUNGRY AS HECK! I am scheduled for surgery in the morning @ 11:05am, but have to be there @ 8:45am. We have to be strong I know, but when your tummy is roaring----that's a hard thing to do! Hang in there girl, things will get better and easier.....KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE PRIZE---IT WILL BE ALL WORTH IT IN THE LONG RUN! GOD BLESS YOU!

Hello friends, Can some of you please email me with your weight loss amount(s), from the time you had surgery til now? The more support the better Do you feel that you have had a significant amount.
