First couple days after surgery i was coughin up greem nasty flem my nurse were not botherd at all they said its from the tube bein in my throat the coughing is normal i was always coughin still am (6 days post) in the hospital i told my nurse i was trying to suppress them she told me not to and that she wants me to cough so i dont get phomonea so im sure its fine she was not bothered by it BigBodyBombFace

I seen ur post some were eles lol....a week befor my sugery i seen on dr OZ a lady was getting VSG they did only one incision for her also i think its new technology and the 5 incision persdure is out the door i think u are one of the first to have the new technology done on them the say the recovery time is a lot faster BigBodyBombFace

I had surgery same day i dont no if ur pre op diet was different but i was ONLY on liquids for 18 days after i had surgery the site of food is so off putting im dreading soft food week BigBodyBombFace

I have it in my toe i no how pain full it is my doctor said that this surgery should help with that because i will be eating healthier BigBodyBombFace

I am just about 7 days out and still have not pooped i used a stool softener yesterday and i dont want to over do it the last time i had a movement was 5 mins befor surgery BigBodyBombFace

I know i was watching doctor OZ a week befor my surgery jan 30 ( and this lady was getting VSG (HOW IRONIC) they have this new tool that they use and its one incision above the belly button technology is advancing back in the day these surgerys use to be big gashes across the stomach now there 4-6 small ones and now they are doing one incision so u could have been one of the new lucky ones BigBodyBombFace

I was told that when i woke up that they had a hard time getting the tube in also my neck was not goin far back enough so that almost delayed my surgery also lucky they found a way the wierd thing is i never woke up with a sore throat but a day after i kept horking up nasty flem as if i was sick....but they will find a way BigBodyBombFace

Im scared to go to soft foods i dont even have a desire to lol BigBodyBombFace

No way friend of no friend u got to stand up for urself that was RUDE she dident even say some thing like "im concern i dont want anything to happen to u" she is clearly routing for u to fail i dont no ur relationship but from what u showed she is not a friend u dont need people like that in ur life BigBodyBombFace

Befor surgery i could not wait to eat i had me surgery jan 30 and the sight of food makes me sick im dreding the soft food stage....your not alone BigBodyBombFace

Oh i wont be tempted to skip forward i have no desire to eat anything i actually fear week 3 when i can start soft foods the sight of food makes me sick i guess cuz i been on a liquid diet for so long ...when the nurse called me 24hr after i got home and explained i could start at the 3rd week i dry heaved lol which was weird because Befor surgery i couldn't wait to eat BigBodyBombFace

I had all kinds of cravings my preop diet was strictly liquids so i was craving large im now 5 days post op and the sight of food makes me ill im actually dreading week 3 soft foods i rather stick to liquids BigBodyBombFace

2 nights got to to my room monday 7pm got discharged wed 2pm BigBodyBombFace

on day 4 was having trouble getting all my liquid in im on day 5 now i got one Water bottle down and 2 premiere Protein shakes my insides never really hurt like i had surgery in there but a few incisions do i feel like getting all that liquid today was a bit easy i dont want to stretch my sleeve already....the up side today i went for a walk (20min) which i have not done for yearssss im a person to wait for the closeest parking spot at a store and be winded just walkin from my car to the store so it felt great to be able to walk that long with no pain BigBodyBombFace

Im having troubles with liquids they want me drinking 2 premiers and 8 cups of Water a day.... ya right how?? BigBodyBombFace

Im on day 4 post op and i cant wait till the soreness goes away i only have one insition that hurts im assuming its the one that took out the stomach BigBodyBombFace

This is a lil late but i am im literally sitting in a room waiting to get prep for surgery who was ur doctor BigBodyBombFace

I live in canada where the surgery is free so my surgeon picked what is best suited for me he gave me the sleeve because i am on the bigger side and that its it would be i bit complicated so he said do the sleeve and in if a year we are not were we need to be then it would be safer to do the bypass BigBodyBombFace

Im literally sitting in the waiting room befor i prep for surgery (sleeve) is there any thing i should ask my surgeon BigBodyBombFace
