  1. Thank you for your responses it's nice to see I'm never alone. Sugar cravings and dairy cravings continue I restarted my Protein shakes because I'm not able to really eat more than two bites and that not enough. Water intake I need to work on it's so hard not being able to chug water haha Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  2. Hello everyone so I am now 2 months out of surgery have lost 53lbs and couldn't be happier with the weight loss. But lately I've been having the biggest cravings for sugar and dairy. Has anyone experienced this ?? Also I get some mood swings in the morning I'm happy but somewhat mid day my energy levels and even my mood gets lower and lower. I feel alone while I'm not. Is this normal Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  3. My doctor told me that everyone is different but your stomach does eventually grow and that is completely normal. He told me at 3-5 years from your surgery is when it grows a bit. It's normal don't worry. Just start a healthy diet again and remind yourself why you want to lose those last 35 lbs. I'm sure you have come a long way and it's worth every moment of it. Now it's all up to you. Diet and exercise you can do this girl ❤️ Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
