  12. It is crazy I read a lot before surgery and I thought my stomach would feel full even if I did not eat. I read your mind changes and thinks your full too. Not me I feel like I am somewhat hungry, stomach empty and I could eat real food with no problem.
  13. I had my surgery on the 28th too. I had a lot of pain the first day or two but have not had much until last night I had some under my breast. My surgeon said they inject something on two nerves around the stomach after they finish surgery. What ever they used I have not had any pain with my stomach! I can sleep on my stomach etc.
  14. My doctor let me use skim or low fat milk with the whey and it makes a big difference! I did well on the liquid diet and my liver was small and I am still using milk. Water on the other hand I have a hard time getting in. Congrats on walking 3 miles. I can not leave the bathroom long enough to walk that far outdoors.
  15. For me the liquid diet was not bad and I lost weight on it! Found a good tasting protein drink and I am still using it. My surgery went well they say. I have had very little pain and have had no nausea.
  16. It has been one week since my surgery.
  17. I just had mine march28th, 2017
  18. Surgery March 28th, 2017 and I am 69
  19. I am trying to figure out the new liquid schedule for the next 14 days. Still having some gas, trying to get my system working again.
  20. Hi I had mine on the 28th too.
  21. I just had my surgery March 28th, so I am at the beginning of my process.
  22. After almost a year I am finally cleared for surgery. Mine is near the end of March. I am starting now trying to drink two shakes a day to get ready for my two weeks liquid diet will see how it goes! Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
