  1. Sleeved on January 23 at 290.5. I have a Withings scale that automatically syncs to MyFitnessPal, so I get on the scale every morning just to be able to have the data available. Two days ago I was at 274.2, so 16 lbs in 10 days. I started mushy/soft foods this week and today I'm at 275.4, so it seems like like something that happens as the body continues to recalibrate. Hopefully like everyone else has commented, it's just a temporary thing and the weight will keep coming off soon.
  2. I add some Miralax to my daily water bottle. It helps a lot.
