  1. My surgeon said no coffee EVER again for anyone who has been sleeved. Sleeved 12.21.16 SW - 331
  2. I'm not dying to drink any, but I see friends who've had WLS talk about drinking it. I never used it for the energy boost. I just drank it for taste. Sometimes I miss it. I know the caffeine can dehydrate us and the coffee itself is acidic. Does anyone ever have an occasional cup of coffee? Are 2-3 cups/month really risky? I've never been a daily drinker. I can easily live without it, but I wonder if it's ever ok to have. Sleeved 12.21.16 SW - 331
  3. My nutritionist raked me over the coals today about grits. I was also eating mashed potatoes because I don't care for much else and that's a big no, too. I feel like I'm failing miserably at this. Sleeved 12.21.16 SW - 331
  4. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Forgive me. I'm new at this quoting thing. I could have written exactly what you did, down to the surgery date. I was telling my husband today how I feel like I'm an emotional wreck. And I've been emotionally eating, to go along with it.
