  1. Thanks. I'll ask my PCP tomorrow. I have been getting at least 60 grams of Protein a day, but I've been spending almost normal levels of energy the last few days, so I wonder if I need to up it.
  2. Hi. I'm 2 weeks past surgery and just about to start the soft foods phase. I've noticed that a sense of hunger has come back recently. Obviously, I'm not trying to fill it with anything other than the full liquids, shakes, etc that have been recommended, but I'm better surprised to feel such a sense of hunger so quickly. Is this truly hunger or something else? Is there a way to make it go away and still stay on track?
