  1. I had mine this past Friday and have to schedule another one. For whatever reason, my stomach had not emptied of the prior nights dinner and I was still full so they couldn't see anything. Bah. Clear liquids the day before the next one and then npo at midnight- it WILL work the 2nd time!
  2.    PatientEleventyBillion reacted to a post in a topic: How is this even possible?
  3. The body holds water after weight lifting, typically about 3 days or so. The muscles fill with water to repair. That's why they advise 1-2 days off between lifting sessions. Could be where it's at.
  4. I will hopefully be getting sleeved by August as June will be my last dietician appointment for insurance. I am 31, 5'8" and 330lbs right now. So far I have been cutting out diet soda, coffee, switched to decaff tea and splenda instead of sugar. Working on not eating out, junk foods, and portion sizes. Trying to walk more and will restart weight training in March. Some days it seems like I'm not doing much and others it seems like alot... and head hunger already sucks! Been trying to find ways to combat that as well!
