  3. The "full" feeling is completely different after wls. For me, I feel tightness right below my breast line or right below my chest. I no longer feel it in my belly as I did before. I am 44 days post op and it took me a while to understand what I was feeling. I eat the portions I'm supposed to but I stop once I feel that tightness in my chest. Listen to your body and judge based on the amount your eating and what your feeling. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
