Thanks for the input on my post. I have made baby steps - getting in the habit of riding the exercise bike almost daily and watching snacking. Best thing is I made an appointment with a new bariatric team. So, progress! Stay well in this challenging time everyone 😊

I’m open to all points of view on this . Lord knows I’ve pondered all of it! It IS discouraging and disappointing and frustrating and at the same time, I’m still glad I had the surgery because it gives hope and a tool that I can use. I’m healthier overall and despite my regain I’m still the same person. It’s always a work in progress with a dark side and the light. Thanks for all your good input everyone. I am learning from you! 🙂

Thanks for the suggestions. You are right - I do know what I have to do. But I appreciate the input from you! ☺️ I’ll start making a plan and swing into action. Lots of good reasons to fix this issue and just need to take a few steps to move forward.
