  1. I'm 6 days into my preoperative liquid diet and the first 3 days were the hardest. I have my Optifast drink that I'm supposed to drink every 3 hours. To help me keep my mind on the goal, my alarm on my phone goes off every three hours, I use baritastic app to keep me accountable, putting my drinks and Water into the counter, I got a fitbit to record my steps to keep me encouraged, and I am constantly checking in on FB baritastic group to be encouraged by other people's success and struggles. You can do this! Good luck! Sent from my SM-G935V using the BariatricPal App
  2. I have BCBSMA. After I started my appointments and got some information from my bariatric surgeon. I called my insurance and they told me exactly what my responsibility would be. They needed the Dr's name and the hospital that the procedure would take place at. Sent from my SM-G935V using the BariatricPal App
