  1. I had my surgery on Nov 18th and I am 60. I was 247 at the hospital day of surgery and am now at 218. I feel really good. It has been difficult at times for me to get the Water and Protein but I work hard at it everyday! The only problem I have had is two times I didn't chew well and had food back up. It was pretty painful, but I walked and walked and eventually worked it way out. I am very conscience of my chewing. I wish I had done it years ago but I believe everything in it's time!
