  2. I have my NUT appointment too tomorrow! I am doing pretty good, my pain is in my upper abdomen ... maybe pulled muscle idk .... at least that is what it feels like.. I think I am down 23 pounds since day 1 of Pre-op diet. I know I feel my age . Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  4. Band to Sleeve 12/21/2016! Two weeks out and I am very happy, tomorrow is my NUT appointment and I hope to move on to puréed foods. Ever since I started blended Soups for my meal I get nauseous for about 15-20 min after eating 1/2 -3/4 cup. I try to take it slow, I try to not eat high acidity soups... and mostly homemade. Any of you guys feel like that? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  5. I was done on 12/21 and I have been setting a timer for 10-15 and I drink 1/2-1 oz at a time room temp is best, 4oz homemade chicken broth with GENEPRO Protein powder unflavored is working (I keep it on a cup warmer because it takes me 40-50 min to drink! Same pain but as my stomach swelling is going down it is getting better! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  7. I had the band in 2007 it worked for about 3 months I lost 32 of the 70 before surgery. On 12/21 I had to have it removed and chose the sleeve because I had reflux and 2 hernia repairs. My experience makes me think that if you want the band to be successful you need a support group weekly and a dietitian so that your tool will work, I did neither! 8. Mine was 12/21 and I feel great, considering... setting my timer so that I get all my fluids in ???? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  9. Mine was 12/21, my doctor gave me a nerve block that lasted 72 hours and that was wonderful. It made the 1 hour ride home ok and it allowed me to do a lot of walking. I can tell you that when it wears off it is like night and day now I move like a sloth ????. My doctor also had me bring all my meds with me so that he knew I had everything I needed for the next few weeks! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
