  2. I actually talked with Dr. Gregory Barnes last month before deciding on a doctor close to my area. He was very informative to all three types of weight loss surgery. He also suggested which surgery would be best for my size and health condition. His info is : 3409 Worth St #420 Dallas, TX 75246 (214) 823-5000.

  4. I feel you!!! You are not alone. I was starving myself during the first 2 weeks post op. I was drinking the Protein shakes and as soon as I hit that 15 day mark, I was scrambling an egg for Breakfast. The meal plan I received stated I should egg whites but I refuse to throw away good food. I have a shake for lunch and dinner I pureed a rotisserie chicken from Walmart. I just added chicken broth to the food processor so it wouldn't be so dry. I have tried the mashed potato flakes which was great with the purred chicken. When I feel hungry after all that I grab a yogurt or a Jello cup. It curbs the hunger monster for a bit. Hope this helps.

  7. Babygirl could it just be swelling do you think? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Hello sorry for the delay. Still trying to figure out the app. Can't tell if someone is responding or just posting. I don't think it's Water weight. I told my doctor I am snacking late in the evening but he it's not a real concern but advised me to start walking and the weight loss should improve. Don't laugh ut starting today on the treadmill. Hey its the holiday I deserve a slip. Sent from my SM-N920P using the BariatricPal App
  8. My doctor told me the binder is not so much for the incision but to restrict movement in your midsection through the healing process. I was lying down and turned to my.left side and I swear it felt like I tore something. My doctor told me that he does have part my stomach sewn into the abdominal wall so being that I didn't have the binder it aggravated the surgery site. Hope this helps.
